#1: Find our job applications online at our hiring and employment site at ADP.
#2: You will need a resume to upload (don’t worry, it doesn’t need to be fancy! We just want to learn a little more about you than just from the application alone).
#3: Once you find a job you are interested in applying for, click on the link. You will need to either create an account or login to an account you have already created.
#4: Once you have created an account once, you can use that account to apply for multiple jobs if you would like too.
#5: After you fill out the application, our hiring managers and supervisors will review your application within a few weeks.

• Jobs at the Ski Area with open positions will begin to be posted August 1st.
• Additional positions will be posted September 1st, so keep checking back if you don’t see something you are interested in right away!

Waiting is hard! We receive many applications, and our hiring supervisors and managers are also busy working getting ready for the season!
You can expect to hear back with a confirmation that we have received your application within two weeks. It may be another 2-3 weeks before a hiring supervisor reaches out to you directly.

Nope! We LOVE having employees who are new to the ski and snowboarding industry. We have programs designed specifically for our employees who are interested in learning to ski, snowboard, or both! Check out more information on these programs on our Beginners Welcome page.
There are many jobs around the ski area that do not require any time at all on a snowboard or skis. You are not required (or even expected) to know how to ski or snowboard for these positions.

Generally, Yes. If your department requires one it will be supplied to you, and you are expected to wear it while working.

There are many housing options available in the local communities along Mt. Baker Highway and in Bellingham.

There are a very limited number of on-mountain room & board dormitory style housing spots available for qualified and authorized employees. Mt. Baker also offers a limited number of #vanlife living opportunities for employees who have self-contained campervans/RVs. #Vanlife spot availability is based on application process requirements and approval.

Minimum age requirements vary for different positions at Baker. Some positions are open for ages 14 and up, while other positions require a minimum age of 16, 18, or 21, depending on job duties.
