TIMING YOUR PURCHASE for the Open Purchase Window

– Before 6:00am PST on Saturday October 4th: Do not attempt to access the store before 6am as you will NOT be placed in the Waiting Room or Queue, and you will not be able to purchase a season pass.

– Between 6:00am-7:00am PST on Saturday October 4th: The “Waiting Room” for the online store is open. Customers in the “Waiting Room” between 6:00am-7:00am will be randomly assigned a place in the “Queue” line at 7:00am, and from the “Queue” they will be incrementally released into the online store to purchase their pass(es).
– At 7:00am PST on Saturday October 4th: The Open Window Season Pass sale begins and “Queue” starts. The sale ends when the Open Windows Season Pass CAP is met.

Customers accessing the online store after 7:00am will be placed at the end of the “Queue”, line, in chronological order.
“Queue” wait times may vary; it could take minutes or it could take hours.
If your Queue wait time fluctuates significantly, this is our staff adjusting the intake flow of the online store and does NOT affect your place in line.
Be prepared! Once you enter the store, you will have 15 minutes to complete your pass purchase.

HOW TO PURCHASE

RETURN HERE OCTOBER 4 TO LINK TO OUR ONLINE STORE

We strongly suggest reading through our TIPS FOR PREPARING TO PURCHASE A PASS page to get prepared for a smooth purchasing process during the Open Purchase Window:

1. PHOTO:
If you have a photo on file, we will reuse that photo on file or you can upload your own so long as it meets acceptable criteria. Think passport photo but you can smile. No hats, wigs, costumes, crazy faces or anything obscuring your face. Keep in mind that uploading a photo that does not meet criteria will stop your pass-making process until an acceptable photo has been uploaded.
View our Pass photo guidelines on the “Tips” page

2. RELEASE AGREEMENT:
Each passholder, or the parent/legal guardian for passholders ages 17 & under, will be required to sign an electronic Season Pass Release Agreement. You will be prompted to sign the Release Agreement(s) either during the online purchase process prior to checking out or immediately following the completion of your online order. Or, you and/or other passholders in your order can follow the link in your Order Confirmation Email to sign the appropriate Release Agreement. Season Pass orders will not be made or mailed until all releases and all other requirements are complete for all passes in the order. Season Passes are not valid for use without a valid and signed Release Agreement.

3. SPECIAL PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY:
5th Grade passholders must provide proof of eligibility. Find more info here:
– View 5th Grade requirements and proof submission here
