Today was a lovely preview of the warm and sunny days on the forecast for the remainder of this week. We had clear blue skies and jackets coming off everywhere. You can expect spring-like conditions throughout the long weekend, so come on up for your daily dose of Vitamin D. You can even book an overnight stay in our parking lot (reservations required!) for early dibs on those slushy turns. As always, no reservations are required for tickets or day-use parking.
Tomorrow, Adult lift tickets will be reduced from $102 to $71 after tax, and chairs 5, 7, 8 and the free White Salmon handle tow will be open.
Chair 3/4 will continue to be closed. Our lift maintenance staff has been working with our industry partners to diagnose and fix the issue with the gearbox. At this point, parts have been flown in and the gearbox has been repaired with our industry partners. Our lift maintenance team has pushed hard and made it through some critical steps, but there are a few more to get through. There is a chance if you are on the mountain tomorrow, you may see chair 3/4 rolling for the installation of the gearbox and testing of new equipment. We’ll keep you posted and please check back here for the latest updates.
