HOW TO BUY

BUY ONLINE
1. PHOTO: We will reuse your pass photo from 2020-2021 Season or you can upload your own so long as it meets acceptable criteria. Think passport photo but you can smile. No hats, wigs, costumes, crazy faces or anything obscuring your face. Keep in mind that uploading a photo that does not meet criteria will slow down the pass-making process and take you longer to get your pass!

2. VALIDATION: Have your 2020-21 Season Pass handy to validate your pass number. Canadians, use your 2019-20 Season Pass number.

3. RELEASE AGREEMENT: Every passholder must sign a Release Agreement, you will be prompted to sign during the online purchase process prior to checking out.

4. GETTING YOUR PASS:
– U.S. Customers: Pass and neck tube will be mailed via tracked shipment. Passes purchased online CANNOT be picked up at our Business Office.
– Canadian Customers: Information regarding how to receive your pass and neck tube will be emailed to you after your purchase is complete.

PRIORITY WINDOW PASS BENEFITS

PRIORITY PURCHASING ACCESS & LOWER RATES: Returning passholders who are eligible for the Returning Priority Window get the guaranteed pass purchase opportunity and lower pass rates September 15-30, 2021 only. We will be capping the total number of season passes sold this season. Season passes may or may not be available after September 30. Open Window pass availability (or not) will be announced Oct 1. If pass sales are still available, the Open Purchase Window sales will start October 4, and rates will increase. If you are a returning passholder but missed the Returning Priority Access window you are welcome to purchase season passes after September 30th, if they are still available, at Open Purchase Window rates.
