542 Ticket Program
Here at the end of Highway 542 we come together during the winter season as a community. We collectively enjoy this beautiful place and rejuvenate ourselves with the special kind of energy only the mountains can give. It is with that spirit we created the 542 Ticket Program to show our gratitude to groups within the greater mountain community who serve us in their professional roles.
We’ll be hosting a special day every month to show our appreciation to different groups in our community with an adult lift ticket price of just $54.20 (pre-tax) for members of that group! Stay tuned through the season as we post info on the upcoming dates.
Wednesday March 22: Non-Profit Professionals & Volunteers
It’s time to celebrate you, Non-Profit professionals and volunteers, for your enormous efforts that strengthen our local community (and beyond!) by providing crucial support to people, animals, and the planet. If you are in the field of public outreach, fundraising or educational services or a volunteer in the nonprofit world, we invite you to take on this Mission Statement: Take a day to enjoy the mountain! We hope to see you at Mt. Baker on March 22nd so you can hit the slopes with the adult lift ticket price of $54.20! (pre-tax).
Eligibility: Bring your Photo ID or proof of employment or completion of at least 8 hours of volunteering with a non profit organization since January 1, 2022, to the ticket window on Wednesday, March 22nd Only. Volunteers can present a letter, email, ID badge or any other form of valid confirmation of volunteering from the non profit organization as proof of affiliation.
Wednesday February 15 - First Responders
When life throws you a whoopsie daisy, first responders answer the call and show up on the scene ready to roll! We appreciate you for your selflessness, strength, and service, and thank you for applying your knowledge and training when we get ourselves in sticky situations.
Paramedics, EMTs, Firefighters, Law Enforcement Officers, and those with specialized training who are required to respond to disasters and critical situations, we are stoked to offer you a special adult ticket rate of $54.20 (before tax) on Wednesday, February 15th.
Eligibility: To receive the discount, show your photo ID and your current valid credentials at the ticket window on Wednesday, February 15th only.
Wednesday Jan. 11 - Healthcare
Thank you, Healthcare workers, for your compassion and hard work caring for our friends, neighbors, and loved ones. We think you deserve a day to play hard, too! If you are currently employed in the healthcare field, have an active medical license or certification, or work in a supporting role in a healthcare facility, we invite you to come ski at Baker on Wednesday January 11th with the adult lift ticket price of $54.20! (pre-tax).
Eligibility: To receive the discount, show valid, current employer issued ID, active medical license or certification, or a paystub dated within the last month and a photo ID at the Ticket Office window on Wednesday Jan. 11th only.
Wednesday December 21st: K-12 EDUCATORS
For those of you doing the vital work to educate the youth in our communities, we would like to invite you to come ski at Baker on Wednesday Dec. 21st with the adult lift ticket price of $54.20! (pre-tax). We hope you can take a day during your winter break to join us and enjoy a revitalizing day in the mountains!
Eligibility: Accredited, current K-12 educators. To receive discount, show valid, current school-issued ID and photo ID at the Ticket Office window on Wednesday Dec. 21st only.
