Tips for preparing to purchase a pass
All of our season pass sales are online this year, so we have some tips to help you get prepared.
#1: TIMING YOUR PURCHASE
Mostly Midweek Pass Window
9:05 am PST Wednesday October 5th: “Waiting Room” Pre-Queue opens in online store for Mostly Midweek Pass sales
10:00 am PST Wednesday October 5th: Mostly Midweek Pass Window sales begin
– We recommend accessing the online store between 9:05am-10:00am to be placed in the Waiting Room Pre-Queue. Accessing the store prior to 9:05am will NOT place you in the Pre-Queue.
– At 10:00am, customers in the Waiting Room Pre-Queue will be randomly assigned an order to be released into the store to purchase their pass(es).
– If you enter the online store after 10:00am, you will be placed BEHIND the Waiting Room Pre-Queue in first-come, first-served order.
Be prepared! Once you enter the store, you will have 15 minutes to complete your pass purchase.
#2: YOUR BAKER ONLINE STORE ACCOUNT
NOTE: You ONLY need to create an account for you - the person who will be purchasing the pass(es). You do NOT need to make an account for anyone else you are purchasing a pass for.
Option A: You already have an account
Go to the Baker online store and login to make sure you have your correct member ID (username) and password. If you have any problems, visit our Error Troubleshooting page for help.
Option B: Create your account
Go to the Baker online store and create your account. Save your Member ID and password so you are ready to login when it's time to purchase your pass! If you have any problems, visit our Error Troubleshooting page for help.
#3: PASSHOLDER INFORMATION
You will need to have all the following information for each passholder you will be purchasing a pass for:
- First and Last Name
- Phone number
- Current address
- Emergency contact name and phone #
- Email address
Every passholder must have a unique email address - you cannot use the same address for more than 1 passholder or person with an account.
Minor passholders (ages 17 & under) will NOT need to have an email address entered.
#4: PASSHOLDER PHOTO
Option A: Passholder had a Baker pass within the last 3 years
If the passholder had a photo taken in the last three years, we can reuse it.
Option B: Passholder is new or hasn't had a pass in 3 years
You will need to upload a photo. Have the photo ready and accessible on your desktop or device.
If you are uploading or capturing a photo, keep in mind that uploading a photo that does not meet criteria will slow down the pass-making process and take you longer to get your pass! Think passport photo but you can smile. No hats, wigs, costumes, crazy faces or anything obscuring your face. Crop photo to a square shape, close to face.
#5: DEVICE & BROWSER
DEVICE: It is recommended to purchase from a computer and not a mobile device when possible
BROWSER: Google Chrome is the preferred web browser
#6: Payment & Payment Method
Payment Method: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit, or Mt. Baker Gift Card Only. Cash, checks and Interact cards not accepted for online season pass purchases.
Payment: Be sure that whatever payment you are using has no restrictions, holds or limits that would delay or stop your payment. Also, be sure that you have the correct amount of funds available for that payment method.
