Step-by-step how to buy 1 pass

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

DEVICE: It is recommended to purchase from a computer and not a mobile device when possible
BROWSER: Google Chrome is the preferred web browser

If you haven’t been there yet, we suggest you visit our Tips page for some important info to help you buy your pass!

Follow these directions and troubleshooting for buying 1 pass either for yourself or for someone else!

#2: Choose either "Season Passes" (no equipment check) or "Season Passes with Equipment Check". For details on the Equipment Check option go to Season Pass Purchasing Policies page.

#3: Since you will be buying one season pass, click either the "Season Pass" or "Kid ID" option. You are NOT eligible for the "Family Season Pass" option.

#4: Choose the appropriate age category pass for yourself or the person you are purchasing for. Click the plus sign to add 1 pass, then click the "Next" button.

#5: Read through the Policies, agree to the policies by selecting the radio button, then click "Next".

#6: SIGN IN

Option A: EXISTING ACCOUNT

If you have an EXISTING account with the Mt. Baker store, enter your email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click "Create/Forgot Your Password" and follow the instructions. Then move on to #7 below.

Option B: NEW ACCOUNT
If you are logging in for the first time, select "Create an Account" and follow the instructions. Use your personal information for the account, even if you are buying the pass for someone else, since you are the pass purchaser.

TROUBLESHOOTING THIS STEP

ERROR: “Create Account Notification”
If you receive an error message that says “We have detected that you already have an account on file with the credentials provided”, it is possible that your email address was entered in our system for a previous purchase (i.e. lift tickets, rentals, etc.).
SOLUTION:
1. Go back to Sign In page
2. Select “Create/Forgot Your Password”
3. Enter info, select “Reset Password”
4. Follow steps to reset password.

#7: Guest Information

Option A: BUYING A PASS FOR YOURSELF

If you are buying a pass for yourself, select the drop-down menu "Add New Guest Below or Choose" and choose your name from the menu. Your information will automatically populate some of the fields. Complete or update the information in empty or incorrect fields. Then move on to #8 below.

Option B: BUYING A PASS FOR SOMEONE ELSE
If you are buying a pass for someone else, follow the instructions HERE

TROUBLESHOOTING THIS STEP

ERROR: “Email Address already in use”
If you receive an error message that says “Email Address already in use”, it is possible your browser’s autofill overwrote unauthorized fields.
SOLUTION:
Select BACK and try again without using your browser’s autofill.

#8: Pass photo

Option A: Use Previous Pass Photo

If you were a Mt. Baker season passholder in the past 3 year and had a photo taken for your pass, we will reuse it. Please do not select this option if you do not have a photo on file.

Option B: Upload a photo (file from your desktop)

Option C: Capture a photo (with camera on your computer or smartphone)

If you are uploading or capturing a photo, keep in mind that uploading a photo that does not meet criteria will slow down the pass-making process and take you longer to get your pass! Think passport photo but you can smile. No hats, wigs, costumes, crazy faces or anything obscuring your face.

#9: Other Options
Since you are just getting the 1 pass, bypass these options by clicking "Proceed to cart"

#10: Review Cart
Make sure everything is correct in the cart, and click "Checkout"

#11: Shipping
- Double-check that info entered in fields is correct. Additional info about shipping policies available by clicking the blue "i"
- Be sure to scroll down and re-enter the correct email address in the "Confirm Email" field.
- Click "Continue

#12: Billing Address
- Double-check Billing info. The name and address must match your credit card billing info for the order to process!
- Click "Continue

#13: Billing Info
- Enter your credit card or gift card info
- Click "Review Purchase"

#14: Order Review
- Review order carefully!
- Click checkbox to agree to the Purchase Policies and Mountain Policies
- Select "Complete Purchase"

#15: WAIVER (RELEASE AGREEMENT)
Once your order is successfully submitted, you will be taken to the first page of the online Release Agreement. Your pass purchase will not be considered complete until this agreement has been successfully signed and submitted.

LAST STEP: CONFIRMATION & RECEIVING YOUR PASS!
You will receive an email confirmation with receipt and detailed information on how you or the passholder will receive their pass.
