USFS has temporarily closed all developed recreation sites in Washington and Oregon, as well as all trailheads, campgrounds, and day-use areas within the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. Beer & Wine Boundary

NO OPEN CONTAINER POLICY

As per RCW 66.44.100, you may not leave your vehicle or walk around the Mt. Baker parking lot with an open container of alcohol. Additionally, per Washington Law, you may not bring Mt. Baker Alcohol beyond Beer & Wine Boundary and you may not bring your own alcohol into Beer & Wine Boundary.
