Before we get to the good stuff, we have a few important reminders to share. The Ski Area is closed this week from Monday - Thursday, and will reopen Friday, April 19th. Be advised that our mountain operations crews are still on the slopes, in the parking lots, and lodges conducting routine maintenance and operating heavy equipment. Please respect all closures and note there are unmarked obstacles and dangers present. Separately, there will be no grace tickets available to season pass holders who forget their pass, so please be sure to bring it with your Spring skiing kit to ride at Mt. Baker this weekend.

The countdown is on to closing weekend, and it's going to be one for the books! The doctor prescribed a dose of sunshine and Mt. Baker has the medicine we need, with bright blue skies and sun in the forecast all weekend. If it's not already locked in, it'll be the perfect opportunity to get your goggle tan on! We will be operating mainly out of White Salmon, with live bands on Saturday and Sunday, fresh hot food and cold drinks, a stocked retail shop, and soft groomed runs for all to enjoy.

While the season may be coming to a close after this weekend, our cozy home-away-from-home at the end of Highway 542 won't be closed for too long. Over the summer, the Heather Meadows Cafe will offer solace from the hot sun, a pop-up retail shop, selection of tasty local foods, and views of beautiful heather covered meadows and mountains. If you've been dreaming about the Blueberry Lemonade since last summer, you're not alone! More info will be available on the website shortly.

Check back here for the latest operations updates through the weekend. We can't wait to see you all back on the mountain soon!
