For more than 50 years, the Komo Kids Program has helped kids at Mt. Baker develop the skills to become life-long skiers and snowboarders. Trained instructors help ensure new skill development on the mountain in a fun atmosphere for all ability levels. The sessions are active, instructive and social, focusing on safety, fun and learning.


Komo Kids 7 Week Session

Learn to ski or snowboard in a fun group atmosphere! The Komo Kids program gives kids the chance to progress with other kids of similar age and ability.

 

Komo Kids Spring Fling

Komo Kids Spring Fling is designed for kids who want to expand on the skills they learned in the 7 Week Session, try a new sport or learn to ski or snowboard for the first time.

The Komo Kids Program will SKIP President's Day Holiday Weekend, February 16 & 17. Komo Kids Carnival Day  will be held on February 23 & 24.


Registration

Space is limited in this program, so sign up early! Sign up before January 1 to save $30. Sign-ups are available at our business office and at the Instruction Desk at the mountain.

  • *Season passes and lift tickets are NOT included in lesson rates. All participants MUST have a season pass or lift ticket BEFORE riding the chairlift.
  • Program Drops prior to 2nd lesson receive 50% refund, after 2nd lesson no refunds except possible non-transferable credit for participant due to inhibiting illness/injury as verified by physician
  • Lessons may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
