Mt. Baker is proud to serve specialty food items in our Food Service:
• Hand-cut french fries made fresh at the White Salmon Lodge! (Duncan has been researching how to perfect these for several years)
• Man Pies: Locally made, with many ingredients sourced from local farmers. if you're not sure what a Man Pie is, think chicken pot pie but thinner and you can hold them in your hands. They're a meal in one, and perfect for a cold day on the mountain!
• Great variety of micro-brews, plus the ever-popular PBR.
• Delicious soup bread bowls with locally-made bread bowls from the Breadfarm in Skagit County.
• Grass-fed sourced beef when possible.
• All disposable food containers and utensils are biodegradable and compostable!
