Free Lift Tickets for 5th Graders enrolled in our program
Good every day of ski area operation during the current season!
Those of us at Mt. Baker Ski Area would like to extend an invitation to all current 5th Graders in our area to come visit us in the mountains. We would like to give the youth in our community the opportunity to experience the Cascade Mountain tradition of enjoying the great outdoors. Skiing and snowboarding are healthy, fun activities that can be experienced for a lifetime. They are also an interactive way to learn about the mountain environment as well as the general history and natural history of our area. We look forward to seeing you on the mountain!
General Information & Requirements
Free Lift Tickets
Any 5th Grader who is enrolled in the program is eligible for a FREE lift ticket any time he or she visits Mt. Baker during the current season.
Accompanying Adult
There must be one accompanying adult who has a season pass or purchases a lift ticket per two FREE 5th Graders.
Proof
Must have proof of 5th grade enrollment for the child; either report card, school ID, teacher note, or certified letter of intent.
Age
Must be between ages 9 and 11 as of December 31, 2011 to qualify for the 2011-12 5th Graders Free Program.
5th Grade Free Cards will not be made or replaced at the ski area. All 5th grade free cards must be done at the business office in Bellingham or through the mail.
How To Enroll
In Person
1. Come to our Business Office in Bellingham and complete the enrollment form.
2. Provide proof of 5th grade enrollment for the child; either Report card, School ID, Teacher note or certified Letter of Intent as well as proof of age.
3. Depending on the busyness of the lobby, it should take between 5 - 20 minutes to receive your completed 5th Graders Free card.
*Please note: 5th Graders Free enrollment will not be available at our Business Office Oct. 25 - 31. Please stop by our office prior to, or after, those dates to enroll your 5th Grader, or enroll by mail:
By Mail
1. Click the link above to download the form, print it out, and complete it.
2. Mail the form, along with proof of 5th grade enrollment for the child, to our Business Office in Bellingham. Acceptable proof of enrollment is either a Report card, School ID, Teacher note or certified Letter of Intent. The completed 5th Graders Free card will be mailed to the address listed on the application.
